House Rules

• If using any of our dishes, utensils, pots, pans, or bar-b-q equipment, wash after use.

• Absolutely no smoking inside or in the immediate surroundings of the home. If smoking outside, make sure the smoke does not travel into the home or there will be a $250 smoking fee to remediate. Throw away all smoke paraphernalia.

• No additional guests allowed. If additional guests are present, there will be a $60 charge per person per day.

• No parties allowed. Guests will be escorted out with no refund.

• Turn off the arcades, games, movie projector, light features, waterfall, fire pit, and string lights when not in use.

• Do not use the dishwasher or ovens. Use the air fryer/pressure cooker instead.

• Do not make any unauthorized purchases through the televisions, streaming services, or projector. Any purchases will be deducted from your deposit and a $10 processing fee will be imposed.

• Requests to access the RV parking must be placed when booking.

• No noise after 12am

• Throw away trash at the end of your stay. Up to 2 trash bags per stay.

• Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are stained, a $15 charge will be imposed.

• Please do not flush towelettes, wet wipes, or significant amounts of toilet paper tissue down the toilets or drains. Throw away instead.
